Started to lift weights this week. I figure eventually the muscles will show up more as they get bigger and I get thinner.

Methyl Sulfonyl Methane. A lot of people have been using it to tighten the sagging skin problem after WLS. Some people swear by it so I said why not Ill give it a shot! I started early to give it a jump start.

I buy my MSM soap off Amazon and I get my Lotion and MSM powder from a Local health food/herb/Vit. store. I couldnt find the soap locally and I looked EVERY where.
