Prior to the surgery I suffered from oily skin and acne. After the surgery I was completely the opposite my skin was so dry, so what I was told was when I start drinking more water it would get better and it did. Now back to oily skin as normal.

Hello everyone, does anyone know if vitamin c is linked to breaking stalls. Yes, I have to admit I don't take my vitamin c the way that I should. However, I have had two stalls and during the stall at one point I end up taking my vitamin C and the stall breaks... I think I need to start taking it everyday

Once again yes, and be glad it was only two weeks, mine lasted for about a whole month. Just remember you will come out of it.

So I had a visit with my surgeon yesterday, I thought he was going to be really disappointed in because I have been disappointed with myself. I have had very slow weight and I thought he would have wanted to see more also. So I said to him wht can I do to speed up my weight loss because it is coming off so slow. he says" well you didn't have gastric bypass how quick do you think it should come off" that made me feel better. Then he says to me tell me when is the last time you've lost 48 pounds in 12 weeks. I told him well since you put it like that I guess I'm doing just fine..... All labs were good except my B1 level was low, so another vitamin that I have to take now. I'm feeling better about my progress now!!!!!!!!!

I did two times a day for 14 days....Not bad at all.
