  1. I did 2 days liquid after the fill on Tuesday and I have chewed until my jaw is sore. It seems that at night time it is a little looser. I can't hardly eat much of anything. I guess on a positive note I have lost 4 more pounds in 5 days?
  2. Had my first fill Tuesday-really super restricted...food feels stuck going down. Terribly loud gurgling sounds when I drink or even chew gum. Not fun. PB'd vegetable soup today at work. Seems better at night. Any ideas? Did I eat too big of bites (I know the quantity was OK, I only got 5-6 tiny bites in), or is this soup something I won't be able to eat? Doc put 2cc in a 10 cc band. Tonight I was able to eat Chick-fil-A tortilla chicken soup without incident. Good news is that I lost exactly 20 lbs in 6 weeks since surgery with out much effort. Thanks y'all! I appreciate any advice~

  4. Hey! We are band twins, same surgery day here.....I like Jay Robb protein powder. You can buy it at Kroger or The Vitamin Shoppe. A bag with 11 servings costs about $25. It's still pricey, but it is really good (my favorite is the dreamsicle). I DO NOT like the chocolate or the strawberry. At The Vitamin Shoppe they sell little packets that you can try before you commit to a big bag. It has zero sugar, no fat, 110 calories and 25 grams of protein per serving and is made from whey where the cows are not all roided up and full of antibiotics, so whew-hoo! I hate it that your doc made you buy stuff there; that's the pits. Oh, you can also find it cheaper online......let me know how you are doing......good luck!
  5. Dr Bagnato just opened an office at Coliseum Northside-I had surgery there last week! Very sweet LOVE them! So happy I did not have to travel to Albany. I live in WR. Look em' up!
