Ok I'm guessing my problem is I'm eating too many carbs. I know better than to eat carbs! I guess I just figured if I was eating less of things I would still lose, but this dang pcos screws up everything! I have to remember I'm different from others. Can u give me an example of what one of ur days looks like?? Are you Atkins style or more like south beach?

I had the band with plication apr 2nd. I'm down 20lbs! Im not gonna lie, my recovery was pretty tough the first 2 weeks but I feel great now! Nausea was the worst, but everyone is different. I skipped my first fill caz I didn't need it caz the plication is plenty of restriction. It's crazy how little it takes to get full now. My first fill is Monday and I'm still not sure if I need one. I think everyone should do the plication, weight loss is faster and it prevents from slips ) feel free to ask me any questions

I'm seeking out all the major band losers (weight loss that is!) that have lost a significant amount of weight! I'd love to hear your best tips and even before and after pictures! Really any advice you can offer those of us just getting started. I was banded April 2 and am down 21lbs, but it's slowing down now.

I was banded today!! I'm feeling really good!

I did get it! And glad I did! I've lost 14lbs in 2 weeks I seem to get fuller alot faster than my friends with regular bands. Why are u scared?

I have pcos! I was just banded on monday, so I'm hoping this will really be it for me!!

I'm not getting in barely any protein! My dr said not to worry too much about it this week, just to heal for now. I hope u get to feeling better soon...this will all be worth it!

I was banded on the 2 as well. I'm having a rough time as well, I even ended up in the ER on Tuesday night for severe vommitting and diarehhea. I was also extremely dehydrated. I've been having the diarehhea problem all week, it sux. I've cried and had my breakdowns but ultimately I did this to change my life. So hang in there it can only get better. Stay strong

My surgery was 4/2 and it was $9988 includes a full year of fills that's in ft worth tx
