  2. Happy Valentines Day! I tried Phentermine & I couldn't stay on it. I felt jittery, aggitated, etc. I've had my band since 2005. I can share everything "not" to do. I just recently starting taking my health seriously. I've been been taking a nutrient & Protein rich shake that tastes just like cake. It's sooo good & really feel amazing. I"ve been on it for 1 week & lost 2.4 pounds. I'm also taking appetite suppressant that is more natural (no jjitters). Check out this info... You may like it. bridgetbrooks.bodybyvi.com. I also have a Facebook page "Bandster Bridget & Buddies". I just started it and sharing my experience & hope it grows so people can share with me. Best wishes on your journey. I'm sure you'll do fabulous! Bridget
  3. Hi Bandsters! Love this site. Very helpful in getting me back on track with the basics. I've been a bad bandster! Started back with high protein shakes, super chewing & getting active. Check me out on Facebook at Bandster Bridget & Buddies

  6. This website is fantastic - a wealth of info. I'm a veteran Bandster (2005). It's been a crazy road but I'm doing well & getting back to the basics. I have a blog on Facebook. It's not easy/too busy to toggle between all the blogs. My goal is to share my good, bad & ugly journey. Check me out : ) Bandster Bridget & Friends.
