Hello B******....wow I have missed you all...tryed reading back but wow to to much....new job is great...I'm happy to stay busy...I didn't get a fill last week ..I'm on track and had a 5 lb loss.....I miss you all.

Girls....im starting to get depressed here a lil....Im at a standstill with my weight lose.....I hit the 100 lb gone and thats where Im at...one day im up a lb one day down a lb..... I go to my doc tomarrow...and Im going to ask for a small fill....if he feels I should.... What I think happened is I had a few stuck issues and now Im so afraid of that happening again Im leaning more towards mushies and yogurts.... though last night I had chicken...broccolli and beans and felt fine.... I have been under alot of stress here....also starting a job tomarrow.... So i wont be on during the days...but look out when I can..... Thank you all for your support......and love.......~wipes a tear~
