That feels great huh?! Just keep doing what you're suppose to and those scales will eventually show it to. I think that's why too they want us to take our measurements because you're more apt to see the results there. And I agree....God is good!!

The doctors are so different...I have 2wks of pre-op liquid diet then 4 wks post op liquid diet before I can start mushies. Everyone seems to be doing well, you all are so inspiring! I can't wait to get started!

Pinterest has several of the green magical juice recipes. I haven't tried it yet but you can find it there. Warning tho.....Pinterest is addicting. LOL

Why eat the things that made you overweight in the first place. Eat more protein and veggies, leave the white stuff/carbs alone or to a minimum. Just saying....
