I can really identify with this. I get the signal (tightness in chest, long sigh, hiccups) and I ignore them sometimes bc I still feel hungry in my tummy. Im trying to learn how to heed these warnings but its so hard.

Francine welcome to your journey!!!! Yes these are a (not all inclusive list) of rules that we need to follow to be successful with this tool. If you dont follow them (like I havent been) then you wont see as much success as others. Im beating myself up about it now, as I'm over a year out and Ive wasted so much time.

I dont really "track" my protein with any consistency. Now I do put everything I eat in MyFitnessPal so it does get tracked techincally, but I dont look at the protein number usually just the calories. I'll start looking at the protein figures I think Im supposed to have between 60-80 grams a day. Let me go back and see how many times Ive met my goal in the past 2 weeks. Thanks so much for the tip!

I think yuo should use your co-worker comments as an opportunity to prove everyone wrong and shut them up with your success. You're not a failure, I can guarantee you that. The fact that you are taking the time out to get your emotions in check lets me know that you can be in control of this situation. Don't let other ppl discourage you!

If you're watching your carbs (I say that bc of the mostly protein and veggies you're eating) the vodka won't hurt ya too much ))

My nutritionist is like President Obama, I can never get in touch with her. I have to call and leave several messages and speak with her assistant etc etc.
I exercise 3X a week about 90 mins per session.
