I started sweating so bad my shirt was soaked in 5 minutes, I felt light headed like I was gonna pass out, I couldn't breathe and my blood pressure dropped really low an hour after I had it happen we took my blood pressure and it was 87/58 so there's no telling how low it actually was when all that happened to me! 21. Also eat about a 1/2 cup for every meal so like Breakfast I do one packet of apple cinnamon oatmeal lunch I do 1/4 cup of tuna and some pita crackers and dinner I do 1/4 cup Protein (chicken ie other meats or beans) and 1/4 cup of fruit or veggies! Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk
  22. I agree with panda if you don't know if your hungry then most likely you are not! I still to this day have head hunger I will crave things...sometimes...but not because I am hungry because I still sometimes can't tell the difference between head hunger and actual hunger! The thing I do when I am craving something I eat a healthy snack, Protein bar or Protein shake and once my belly gets full I guess it sends those signals to my brain and then whatever I was craving for goes away like I am fully satisfied! It's so strange to feel that way but when I have the head hunger for bad things but eat the good things and it makes it go away it lets me know that they were indeed head hunger and not real hunger!!
