  2. I don't have novasure but I have had the IUD since my son was born 5 years ago! I didn't get a period til after I had my surgery and from what I understand a lot of women seem to get it right after surgery too! Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk
  3. Yes it is a common occurrence to be constipated because both the Iron in your Multivitamins and the high amount of Protein your taking in causes constipation....try milk of magnesia or benefiber once a day!! Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk

  9. I thought I'd start a thread for this and if anyone is willing to share their excess skin pics it would be great for those who are worried about it! I'm going to share both my arms and my stomach which are the 2 areas that I'm most unhappy with! It takes a lot of courage to post these and I'm so nervous in doing so! But for those that don't know my starting weight was 247, highest weight ever was 250, I am now 180 and 17 weeks post op (4th month) out and 70 lbs gone still have 60 more lbs to go!! Here goes nothin' arms aren't that bad but still I hate them Stomach is what you see it's not hanging or sagging yet and hopefully won't and doesn't have a whole lot of extra skin Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk

  14. I am always constipated I try to eat something high in sugar to make it go through me or I take a laxative or give it 4 days...I always seem to go every 4 days! Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk

  23. Yes it is a no no and I was never a soda drinker before surgery but I just wanted the taste in my mouth! It was horrible and I hope that no one ever does that! I wouldn't wish what happened to me on my worst enemy!! Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk
