oh what a GREAT work out ...i couldnt wait til tomorrow so i tried just dance 2 tonight ....so much fun.....

ok you are all are confusing me even more ....my dr has never told me to drink protein drinks and i do not drink 30 mins before or after i eat i am only on mushy foods i'm just 3 weeks out from banding but i am so confused i hear so m any people say you eat this you eat that ....use a straw dont use a straw and drink drink when not eating im so confused i wish all the drs would follow one diet and share it with all of us ....i'm so confused ...and really how much can you chew chew instant mashed potatoes or baby food??? .....im totally lost thanks for listening to me

I do water aerobics 4 nights a week and i love it!!!

im sorry i don't know how many calories ...

i went to my water aerobics class and it was GREAT!!! hit the hottub afterwards...but boy am i tired....after not working out for a while its tough getting back to it, but i'm loving it again

i just had my surgery 5 days ago and yes it was tough but once it somes it keeps on coming but yes the gas is tough ...hang in there ...we are in this together...lol just one day apart .....
