  1. Just started mushies. Scrambled eggs with cheese. Tuna with a little mayo. An avocado with Tuscan house Italian dressing on it. Cottage cheese with peaches. Refried beans with melted cheese and sour cream. Pudding. That's all I've had so far. Better than soup.
  2. I just started mushies. Keeps getting better and better. You'll be here soon.
  3. It will get better. I was banded 2/20. We all have the "what have I done to myself" thoughts. Walk walk walk. Remember they did some major stuff while in surgery. You're pretty banged up when you come out. There are much better days ahead. Hang in there. You've made it this far. Stay strong. We are all behind ya.

  6. Love love UNJURY. The chicken soup was a lifesaver during preop and now during post op. I mix a little of the chk soup with tomato bisque and it's great. The unflavored is great to add to stuff as well.
  7. I was banded 2/20 and returned to work 2/23. Worked 3/4 of a day and yesterday I worked a whole day. It really tired me out. Resting this weekend. Day by day feeling better. Wish the hideous bruises would Ho away that are on both hands from the first two IV attempts. Thank God they got it on the third. Lol I think that was the most painful part.
  8. I'm being discharged on Fat Tuesday. Too funny!!
  9. UNJURY makes an unflavored protein powder. Also their chicken soup flavored protein drink has saved my life for pre-op. I have surgery on 2/20...Light at the end of the tunnel baby!!!!!!!!
  10. Being banded here in Little Rock, Arkansas by Dr. Baker. The first week I could have pickles? Now just my shakes. I can add sugar free jello mix with it I I want. It's all too sweet. Right now my fat free chicken broth is heaven. I keep telling myself.. I think I can I think I can.
  11. Same as you KassieRose. Surgery 2/20 and I an have 5 HMR shakes a day. Hard to choke them down but I have lost 11.4 lbs in a week.
  12. I feel your pain. I have surgery 2/20. I had to sit in a lunch meeting with 25 coworkers eating burgers and fries while I sipped my hmr shake. I wanted to cry. I made it but whoa was it rough.
