Offically 1 month from surgery and down to 227. I could not be happier with my progress!

I am 31 years young and have finally decided that I need to lose weight. I've been overweight my entire adult life. My surgery date is 12/27/11 and my husband had the same surgery 12/16/11. We're doing this together and I'm looking forward to the tough changes ahead. I know we'll need support and that is why I'm here.
