  1. Just protein drinks and soup broths. Pure liquids.
  2. When I eat salmon, I seem to loose a pound. It must be the omega 3's. I will be taking fish oil caps for now on. This has happened on 3 different occassions.
  3. Congrats! You look fantastic! Keep Rockin that Sleeve!
  4. There are a few people on the site that have experiences similar to yours. Peacequeen would be a good one to ask. I feel that your having a horrible time with this, but it will get better, there is hope. It is depressing to go through all this and not knowing if there will be another major surgery. Please keep us informed to how your doing. We do care.
  5. That head hunger is hard to fight! Sounds like over all your doing really great! Keep it up. Welcome back,
  6. I would call my doctor. You are drinking a lot of fluids, and exercising. It may be time for some blood work. Let us know, we are all invested in you.
  7. I love VS. I was so shocked when my M blouse is a little big. I highly suggest you go back and buy the 14 pants because they will fit you any day now! LOL CONGRATS!
  8. awwww, that your feeling emotional. Exercise does help alot though and it will pass.
  9. I only take capsules only which seem to help, but I take the when I'm drinking my protein drink.
  10. Wow, do you have a nutritionist you can see. I wish I could help. I think you should be increasing your protein drinks to up your protein intake.
  11. I don't believe there are limits too our sleeve. I believe it gets harder when we get closer to our goal weight, but the sleeve doesn't know any limits. I will always be Rockin my Sleeve. Never give up hope. It depends on the choices we make in eating.
  12. Yeah! GO Heather! Kick a.......!
  13. I'm 4.5 mo post op and still losing alot of hair . Hope it stops before I'm bald.
  14. Thank Goodness you weren't eating cookies! That was totally a nightmare, cheating on your new lifestyle in your dreams...... LOL
  15. You look so rad! Are you use to your new body yet? This is quite a transition! Love it! Keep Rockin that Sleeve! LOL
  16. I am 5'6" and also have a goal of 130. Right now I'm hovering at 158. My surgery date was 10/4/11. I know it will come off, it's just becoming a little more difficult to get there. I wear 8 slacks and m to s tops. Love it! I'm looking really good right now!
  17. Your body is really confused right now. It will happen and the weight is going to start going down really soon. I think we both are at a point where the weight does get harder to come off because we are so close to goal weight. That means we have to work harder now to get a few oz off our bod's. Tomorrow I am going to get back to exercising by walking. Don't let that frustration get you down!
  18. When is your surgery date? Go on a liquid diet to get to goal weight. You will loose it fast. How much do you have to loose? You can do it if you choose. Being angry isn't going to help you. Unless you work harder when your angry. This doctor is a rule follower and doesn't deviate from the rule it sounds like. So just do it so you can get the miraculous tool to help get that weight off. Hang in there!
  19. However long did it take to put all that weight on? I will take time to lose the weight even with this wonderful tool we've been given. We all move at different rates in loosing weight. Some drop it right away, some drop it over time. Which is the healthier way, who knows. It will come off, stop weighing yourself and enjoy the ride. Eat healthy, which means Protein shakes, protein, veggies, Jello, pudding SF, and drink lots of fluids. How many of you guys agree with this?
  20. Did you have these mood swings before the surgery? Where they this bad? I agree with seeing a therapist to help identify the triggers to your mood outbursts. It's hard to face our demons inside, but extremely important to help make the necessary changes to be successful.
  21. It is so easy to make bad choices. I just ate some See's Candy! Yep, that's right, See's Candy! It is definately a slider and I gave in to my head hunger. LOL My stomach is very angry at me right now. Happy Saturday to ya all.
  22. At 4 weeks out I was mostly eating soft foods like yogurt, chicken, pudding, white fish, carnitas, soups, meat ball sandwhich w/o the bread
  23. Yes I use to have stomach spasms but they are now gone thank goodness.
  24. Haha! No going back now LOL. Keep Rockin that Sleeve!
  25. Coops you are almost to the goal line. It will take longer to get to goal, but it will happen. I've decided to not stress on the #'s which is hard but, I look so much better, I feel better, and I get to wear really cute cloths. I've decided not to focus on that damn scale and just keep doing what I've been doing. It does get harder the closer we get to goal. I would like to loose about 30 more lbs too. I know that it will come off, but I am going to have to work harder. Do whatever it takes to kick you metabolism into burning. Just remember, you look awesome in your skinny jeans! You are feeling much better, and yes, it is totally frustrating! But the weight will come off. Hugs and kisses!
