  8. Bedhead: Yes, I do have a problem with water, my sleeve doesn't like it. So buy deceiving it by adding some lemon, gatorade G2, or mio, I can get more in. When my body is hydrated, it's very, very, very, happy . Hope this helps.

  12. My NUT told us that citrus is an irritant to our stomaches. But I do squeeze some lemon in my water and love it. I would dilute OJ down to cut the carbs and acidic.
  13. I have had a very slow time at loosing weight since december. I eat around 800 to 900 calories a day and yet nothing. I haven't been the greatest at drinking Water though. Today I will increase my water intake and basically focus on fluids. I do try to keep my diet low carb as much as possible. I do need to get back to exercising more. All in all, I will take any oz I can get. The weight will come off, we just need to be patient with our bodies. Feed it healthy, Protein, veggies, etc.

  18. I told the person I use his office space and he was really happy. He says this will be the best thing I have ever done. And he's always telling me how he didn't recognize me from behind. LOL He is always telling me how good I'm looking. I just say yep, thank you very much. I love my new body, and it's coming a long really great! I actually talk openly about my surgery. If people want to be judgemental then let them, I love the choice I made and if they think I took the easy way out, i tell them how wrong they are and smile.
  19. Hey, I decided to check theRnYtalk.com and discovered that there is hardly anyone on that site. I am so thankful that we have so many wonderful caring people on this site. Thank you Alex for making this possible. This is a great family to be part of.
  20. This sounds definately like a compulsion. As a mental health specialist, I would recommend that you see a doctor because the most effective treatment is therapy in conjunction with medication to help alleviate the compulsion so you can work on eliminating the compulsion to eat. I believe you really want to be successful or you wouldn't have had the surgery. Right now, you are at risk of causing permanent damage to your body and therefore warrants urgent care. Don't mean to scare you, but this is a really serious matter. We care about you and want you to get HELP! Please keep us informed.
  21. Congrats! Very happy you had a great experience. Hope your drain is healing quickly. Welcome to the BIG LOSER'S CLUB!
  22. Can't wait to hear when your date is......... You will do just fine!
  23. Congrats~ You are almost there, sitting next to us on the BIG LOSER'S BENCH! Are they going to keep you in the hospital for a couple of days? Please let us know how your doing.
  24. I went back to work after 10 days and was completely off all pain medications. It wasn't the easiest. Driving to the office, I'd find myself trance like. But it was okay and I made sure that I walked when ever possible. I was fearful of getting a blood clot.
  25. Congrats! You are doing an awesome job! Keep it up...... Rock that Sleeve!
