I had insomia at first, but now I sleep like a log. Once your body is adjusted to the changes things will get better.

I was sleeved on Dec. 5 and have also hit a stall. I am trying to concentrate on getting more protein and liquids. It has been a challenge for me to get the 64 oz. of fluids, and congrats on the wt. loss.

Thanks for your updates. I had my surgery on 12/5. I think my weight has stalled. I am trying to increase my fluids.(This has been one of the hardes things for me.) I am also concentrating on increasing my proteins and being more active. My starting wt. was 225, up to 235, 225 before preop diet, 219 on the day of surgery and 213 to date. I will be excited when I am out of the deuce club.

I wish that I could have some regular food. I can only have full liquids and clear liquids, and clear liquids the day before.
