Peanut Butter Cracker!

It is my fifth day out and I have been trying to reacquaint my stomach to my head, it isn’t easy. I feel like I have been doing well on the liquid diet and really don’t seam to have an appetite right now, however I am now craving a peanut butter cracker and I think this is so strange. I haven’t even been able to figure out when I am full or when I am really hungry. I seam to be acting very cautious with volume of food and haven’t had to give any of it up which is one of my goals, because I cant imagine how that would feel on my very sore stomach.

After thinking about this PB cracker for two day now I did just give in and ate it very, very slowly, making sure it was going to pass for a liquid. I will see later if that worked however now I do feel satisfied, is this crazy or what?

Thank you, must have been head hunger and now I have insomnia! So many rapid changes, I have got to sleep so I hope this is not a new trend.

I had insomia at first, but now I sleep like a log. Once your body is adjusted to the changes things will get better.
