How to learn your full signal before it's to late?
I will sometimes get a bit of a runny nose when I am up to my limit. Everyone is different. Listen to your body and always stop before feeling FULL, cause that will creep up on you.

I would wait until you reach goal weight for the best results. My PS said to maintain for 6-12 months before any surgery for reconstuction.

I paid up front. Surgery schedules are dependent on a lot of things. Don't stress. You day will come soon!

It takes the brain longer to catch up. Always start one size down from what you are currently wearing. It is very gratifying to find that the selections will fit or even be too large! Enjoy the feelings, you earned it!

Good advice, the key is to be completely off pain meds.

I would give it at least 6 weeks, but that is a personal opinion. Your best bet would be to check with your surgeon or nurse practioner.
