  3. Ok so this is my first day looking at these forums and I realized that I take the same vitamins as amandajo. I don't use the same website as her I use www.wellnessmadeeasynow.com but I also take the opc3, the multiple without iron, the b and I also take a digestive enzyme. I have been taking these for about 6 months now and I feel great and when I take them I am also so full. It's like a meal. I highly recommend them for anyone that had baitric surgery or that want to be healthy in general. They are isotonic so they have an absorption rate that is amazing. I give tHis thread two thumbs up
