i will check them out - i don't have trouble with pills, but i take Bariatric Advantage crystals - mix them in water - tastes like lemonaid - i get them at bariatriceating.com great site - in my support group seems that chewables are the most popular - i will try them next

I use Flinstone Chewable Vitamins, my doctor recommended them, and so I don't have issues with swallowing them or getting them stuck.

My Dr also recomended Flintstones, Easy to chew and do not taste too bad. As for my other pills, I have no problem taking them right now. I have had only one fill and feel little restriction. Not sure what I will do when I feel restriction as it takes me forever to split and take all my pills.

I was doing chewables too, Then i started doing so research on how things get absorbed and for me the isotonic stuff won because it gets absorbed so fast. It also made me full, which was a nice plus. If you do end up trying them let me know what you think.

My problem with the chewable vitamins is the artificial colours and flavours that are used. We're additive-free in our house, so they really go against everything we believe about nutrition!

I use the solutron chewables from gnc they are great and make you feel great.

I make sure I take my multi vitiamin and my caclium. I have a friend that didnt and is now having to take blood transfustions every 3 months and vitiamin b shot once a week.

Ok so this is my first day looking at these forums and I realized that I take the same vitamins as amandajo. I don't use the same website as her I use www.wellnessmadeeasynow.com but I also take the opc3, the multiple without iron, the b and I also take a digestive enzyme. I have been taking these for about 6 months now and I feel great and when I take them I am also so full. It's like a meal. I highly recommend them for anyone that had baitric surgery or that want to be healthy in general. They are isotonic so they have an absorption rate that is amazing. I give tHis thread two thumbs up :)

Yes, lots of people sell Market America supplements. Explains why you both buy them through different sites- different MA members.

Market America sells amazing vitamins! I love them too. I took them prenataly and my obg was very impressed with them. I really need to order some more from my rep!

I've been taking the Bariatric Advantage VitaBand chewable vitamins, dry vitamin D and Sublingual B12. I am tiring of the 2 big multivitamin taste but I feel so much better when I take them. How is the sweetner in the isotonic stuff? I can't handle a Crystal light because they have too much sweetner so I worry about that. I like the idea but am curiouse about that.

Hey Rosie,

I hate crystal light too. I do like these vitamins, but i dont like them alone. I mix in the opc3 and the b complex and the taste is not bad. I was even able to get my 6 year old on the multi and she drinks it(its sweeter for kids). Let me know if you have any questions about them.

Amanda Jo :)

I take the gummy princess vitamins :) They are yummy. But I do take pills and even when I am at good restriction I haven't had any problem with swallowing them....
