  1. Try triple dosing with Mylicon, you can find it in the Baby section of any drugstore, you need to walk alot! When you finally blow the Busters you will feel good!
  2. I planned my surgery pretty good. My surgery was on 30 June, on 1 July was a regular day off as well as 4th of July and was back to work on Tuesday 5 July. I did have to take 7 July off because Of being so Bloated and severe Stomach cramps. And I am a Desk Jockey, Hope this helps
  3. I was banded on 30 June. During pre-op diet i had lost 23 lbs and at my 2 week post surgery appointment i had lost and additional 9 lbs. I am now 4 weeks post op and have gained 3 lbs back! I am really trying to stick to the diet so I don't understand the gain. Any Advice?
