I am losing hair currently i am about 3 months out and curious as to how i can stop it... any suggestions on vitamins or nutrition levels?

My doctor requires a 10 liquid diet.. to shrink your liver but nothing about having to lose weight before the surgery -- i guess cuz if it were easy to lose weight before surgery you would already

Can anyone recommend and diet sample.... All i have so far is crystal light and atkins shakes that have 15g of protien....

My Doctor doesn't require or supply any kits - but an outline of what you should or can drink... I think the cost is really on if you search for the deals
