I was stalled all last week at 188.8 with TOM...but today I weighed in at 185! That's only 15 lbs until I reach my surgeons goal and 30 to reach my personal goal and I'm only 3.5 months out, can I just say I love my sleeve ❤

Been mia for a bit...but I'm happily checking in at 188 from 193! That's 5 lbs this week at almost 3 months out. So far I'm down 33lbs since surgery and 70 since I started my journey a year ago. The best part is having a BMI in the 20's from 40's.

Me too! Think we might be VGS twins lol! I was out of town this weekend but weighed in this morning at 203 and then again tonight at 201.5...woohoo! Hello onederland, here I come

Don't have a recipe...gonna wing it lol! I was planning using the canned chicken I get from costco with a dollop of plain greek yogurt instead of mayo, a few dashes of franks hot sauce and some blue cheese crumbles with a dash of salt and blend it in my bullet style blender. Just gotta get my son to sleep first...it's the first day we are home alone since my surgery

3 week stall still no change but seeing nsv like I'm in a size 16jean and 14 dress!

Almost 2 weeks post op and down 10 lbs total...I'm at 211 this week!

Chacha I'm jealous of your nice weather and I live in San Diego lol! I'm 6 days post op and plan to take a walk with family as soon as my son wakes up from his nap I'm so happy it's the end of the month and everyone here probably has their sleeve...yay we did it!!!

Hi everyone! I'm doing really good in my hospital room on the 5th floor with a view of trees on the back side instead of the parking lot! I was stoked to see I have a single room with a couch, recliner and at least a 32" in size flat screen. Think they make these rooms nicer because I'm at a military hospital and our soldiers deserve the best, because down in labor and delivery the TVs suck lol! Then the AYMCA volunteers came by and brought me magazines and another tv with a blu ray player with a choice of tons of movies.
Enough abouth the room lol! I'm feeling really good, so far no complications other then I didn't get the robotic surgery because there wasn't enough staff. My surgery team and hospital staff are just the nicest! I already did 2 laps around the floor. I also have a IV with Tylenol and morphine so pain is minimal. Nothing to drink/eat yet, until I pass gas, so I'm enjoying my sponge pop. Also my pre surgery weight was 221 not the 225 I weighed at my moms house...so yay! I'm just so proud of myself for taking charge of my life and becoming the person I know I can be. Thanks for all the prayers and support!

Your gonna do great! Think it's easier on this side now that I'm here. Not hungry at all, it's so amazing. I will be praying for you as well *hugs*

I'm at the hospital checking in for my surgery! Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers. I want to thank all the previous sleevers for there knowledge and everyone pending surgery for all the motivation. Let's get this thing done!!!

It's so motivating hearing from all you sleevers! My surgery is finally tomorrow morning...I'm a little nervous but more excited.
