I'm back!

Nothing like hearing the pride in my daughter's voice as she introduced me to her teammates. "Well, THIS is my Mom!"

Yay!!! I did it!!! I was curious this morning about how much I'm down to and I hit my 50 lbs down and I'm so happy about it too!!! Will check in again now on Thursday my 3 month mark!!!!

Surgiversary: 7 mos out today. Down 53 lbs, with 21 to go. Happy dance!

I just got weighed at one of my doctors offices and I'm below my first goal weight. YAY!

My psych eval finally came in, whoop whoop. I got a call yesterday from my insurance (UHC) and they have put me in a bariatric program and I have been assigned a Nurse case manager who will call me in 2 weeks. So that was unexpected and frankly kind of cool. 1 week until my pre-endo appt! Keep on keepin' on.

It's a beautiful day outside. Going for a walk with my 3 year old. We can both use the fresh air!

I am approaching 5 mnonths post sleev and am down 90# and feel great about it. The issue is that the weight loss has really slowed down and stalls at times. I was ready for the stall but didnt think it would last a month. I get all my water and all my protein in. I could exercise more and cut out some snacks, but I follow the rules pretty closely. My snacks are carbs in the form of sweets and chips. I reaslistic calorie count for the snck is less than 250 per day. My calorie count with protein and snacks is about 1,100. Any suggestions?
