  1. what about coconut palm sugar - I saw this mentioned on Dr. Oz - is low glycemic - suppose to help stop blood sugar spikes - I got some at festival foods - around $6.00 a pkg. measures just like sugar. Its natural so shouldn't have the side effects artificial sweetners have I guess. Hope this helps.

  4. What about her 16yr old daughter? Couldn't she possibly stay at ur house while you are in the hospital and take care of your toddler. Maybe she could stay with you after surgery to help you with your daughter, after all she is defintely old enough to babysit right? could this be a solution to ur problem. I sure hope this helps!!

  15. Well I don't know if 2 bites at any given meal is enough food to keep your body nourished. For me if I didn't get enough calories in a day my body thought it was starving and went into starvation mode and the scale wouldn't move for me. But when I increased my calorie consumption the scale started to move again. I usually have 3 meals and at least 1 snack a day but I am also eating about 2 to 3 ounces of food at each meal too. Protein first, then vegies and if I can some fruit. I don't eat too many carbs tho cuz I usually don't have any room for bread cuz that would be my last choice anyway. Hope this response helps you.
