There Are So Many Things To Remember And Alot Of People Have Different Views, Can We Make A List Perhaps Of Everything I - Well First Off Can Not Have That List Will Probably Be Shorter - Hopefully Lol Thanks Yall Being Banded On The 7th Ahhhhh And Yess!! And Omg!!!!

I understand all of your points but as far as small portions, they probably be good for a restricted bandster right? `ALSO AS FAR AS THE BAND GOES -SINCE ITS JUST A TOOL WONT I HAVE TO GO ON A DIET AFTER BEING BANDED?

I Was Thinking About Doing That To After My Band But I Wanted Others Input On It Also - Thats The Diet Were They Send You A Months Worth Of Food Right?

Its okay i am just wondering how i am supposed to take all this stuff they are telling me to - medications - shots and like 4 or 5 different vitamins! i feel like i am always goign to have something in my mouth sheesh!

I Have No Pre Op Diet But My Doctor Said I Could Do One On My Own If I'd Like But Is This Optifast That Most Of You Are One Prescribed? Or Can You Get It At Gnc Or Somewhere Like That?

Besides the fact that i have already mentioned once or twice- being that my doctor is trying to convience me to get open bypass done over the lap-band -- - He is telling me that I am only goign to loose about 50 lbs in total from the band and im more than 100 lbs over! What the F**k! He says that open is better because they put a plastic band there or something but thats not the part that bothered me its the notloosing part!

Thats Very Refreshing To Here Thank You My Mother For Some Reason - Well I Guess I Understand But She Is Trying To Talk Me Out Of It. All She Says Is Cant You Just Exercise And Diet But Obivously The Diets Arent Working Out And No I Cant Exercise I Weight 267 And My Knees N Ankles Hurt And Wit Hher And My Sister Being Size 4's They Just Dont Get It And Boy Do They Make Me Mad But I Had To Ask Others Their Opinion!
