frightened and confused...
I did some emotional therapy in the last few years. They have this thing called tapping, it a way to recognized negative emotion /feelings in your body and replace with postive ones. Tap the out sides of your hands and repeat to yourself: I Totally and completely love myself even though I feel like bingeing. or im scared of bingeing. Do this 3 to 5 times. Keep tapping and repeat I Totally and completely love myself because I chose to eat with sensibility and vigilance. repeat 3 to 5 or til you feel better. Do this when ever these feelings arise. You can use this script for any emotion you are struggling with. This is just a simple way of starting the tapping therapy. Just remember to replace the negative/ with the postive. Another thing I did which kinda sounds even crazier but way effective for me. I would wake up with alot of negative emotions and thoughts. It would just radiate my whole body. I just couldnt stand it. So I would think of all the negative thoughts i was feeling then I would imagine pulling every negative thing out of me starting with my toes working up to my head/brain. Out of every joint and body part. I would breathe or blow it out hard. If you seen the Green Mile when that big black guy would blow out all the bad cancer stuff out. Thats what I kinda imagine it was like. I then would Breathe in all postive thoughts words or feelings back into my body. Every inch of it. These were tools I used when emotions were just so overwhelming. Maybe something to think about, try,or look into.

the problem with waiting...
I am sorry about your setback. I almost had one myself as well. When your mind and heart is set on something and it doesnt go the way you thougt it would it SUCKS. Now that is said turn yourself around and take the advantage of the extra days you have. Set a goal of some sort challenge yourself to lose an extra 5 pounds. Start an exercise routine to make yourself stronger. Make a list of all the things you love about yourself. Do some service. Get your house in order thats what help me get through this last month. Just stop complaining and get doing. Happy days will be yours soon.

Final Countdown
Today is MY Final Countdown Day! In ten days I will be sleeved. I decided I would post my story which is not much different than any of yours. My weight started after my first child (1991). I gained 50lbs a weighed just shy of 200lbs. I was mortified. I then told my self I must do whatever I could to lose weight and never be over 200lbs. Well after 5 more kids. I weigh over 200lbs. Throughout the years I have been on countless diets only gaining it back. I really never made my goal. Oh once I enjoyed it for a month when I got pregnant with my 3rd child. I have log in countless hours/miles during these past years. I am or was athletic so exercising was never a problem. After trying and trying and trying and not succeding the way I wanted it to be. I have been depressed because I couldnt take the craziness and the obession that I created. I gave it up, I threw in the towel. I felted no hope not one one little bit. It was a very dark time. I tried to just live as a heavy person, its not the worst thing in the world to struggle with. I have many other blessings in my life. I keep telling myself this but I couldnt shake the depression. All I know being overweight just doesnt feel right. These days I look at myself I dont know who I am. Maybe because I stopped looking. Right Now, I want to live and know and create me. I also want to create happy days for my family. My weight/food has taken the front seat for way to long. I never thought I would never have to turn to wls but now that I am, I am grateful that this tool is available for those of us who have given it all we got. May happy days be with you. Lora

I give up
Oh my heart goes out to you. Shame on that doctor to make things feel hopeless. Dont give up just take a time out for a bit and get your thoughts together and your gumption back. Giving up doesnt make life stop. It will still be there, usually, in a worse state than you left it in. Sorry that just my experience anyway. God Bless.

kinda gotta lie!?!?!?
You know we dont have tell everybody in our lives everything. If you are not ready than keep it to yourself. Spill the Beans when things feel right for you. Just make arrangements for a couple of months with your sister. Things will come around.

Add whatever other information you'd like, and then hit SAVE CHANGES. It will give you a Preview of your signature, if it's too your liking, it'll show up on your posts. If you don't like it, change it and save it. If these steps do not work, contact the site administrator for further technical assistance. Weight loss
I havent been sleeved yet but according to my reading you are due for a stall. It seems most people start stalling around week 3. It can last many days into weeks. Your body is trying to catch up with what you just put it through with surgery. And holding on to every ounce it can. Be diligent work the program and the lbs will come off. You should loose some inches during this time. So start measuring those as well.
