  4. Hi HopeandFaith, Im right there with you since I have looked into this surgery option one day im doing it will be okay.Tthe next i can just do it on my own, I have to still do the work. I think, can i spend that money on me when my family may need it on a rainy day. But then i feel its a rainy day everyday when i weigh this much. My thoughts are do to it in early February now changing to March I might just keep putting it off. I think things will change once the holidays are over so i can focus and not have something on the back burner. I m kinda glad Im self pay so when i do decide i can set it up quickly. Good luck with insurance may things go smoothly and rather quickly for you. Keep your dream alive til then. Eloray

  6. I m still a researcher but aren't you a due for a stall. Been reading quite a bit it seems everybody has a stall around the 3rd week. I know you need to change things up but try to relax and really try to be patient.. Lol Good luck!!
  7. Hi lisabug, I just wanted to say my two cents worth. First, congrats on your surgery. Second, Sorry your husband is not on your band wagon at the moment. Third is I know this is a time where you would love to think "whatever honey "but I really feel you need to speak to him and set things right with him. Not that I find fault with you. I would just not like to hear later down the line that you do seperate from him and hurt your family. Things I learned in the past year is sometime we need to humble ourselves to our spouse and pray and pray for him/her. Especially when they are not treating us like they should. Also pray for yourself to be able to love him like you want to be love.God bless Eloray
  8. Hi I am in research phase and have read a lot of talk which has been very informative. I was wondering to those maintainers who are 1+ years out are you still enjoying your sleeves, any complications, have you been able to keep the weight off, do manage to become a recovering food addict in a healthy way . I have been dieting for 20+ years and my body is relative healthy no complications(yet) but my mind went after i decided to jump off the dieting crazy train. Its been a year since i have followed any knd of diet plan. I am a mess! I go through a lot of bouts of depression because i can't diet anymore but I can't like myself at this weight. Im scared that even though i will be thinner will I need to "diet diet" or will this tool help you become one with food.
