Victoria Secrets
Shopping at Kohl's gets me in so much trouble. It seems like the more I buy, the better coupons they send me. And, then I get Kohl's cash & I spend even more. I love the Croft & Barrow brand. I definitely have transferred my addicition for food to shopping. My husband used to hate going shopping with me, but now he loves coming along. Probablly something to do with me being willing to try anything on & the huge grin I get when I have to ask for a smaller size! Happy Shopping everyone!

Victoria Secrets
Tiff - I'm sorry you had to go through that, but at least you've made peace with it and have a plan. I have also had trouble finding a bra to make the girls look like they are still there. Lots of skin, but no fillin'. I don't know if you have a Kohl's, but I've found these to be amazing ... my husband says that it looks like they haven't changed at all when I wear these. Of course, he then accuses me of false advertising. http://www.kohls.com/kohlsStore/womens/intimates/bras/pushup/PRD~612013/Lily+of+France+Striped+Convertible+Personalized+PushUp+Bra.jsp

Are there any SIZE Goal sleevers out there?
I am just the opposite. I've always worn a larger size than my weight was "supposed" to weigh. I'm 5'6" at 126 pounds. My goal was to be an 8/10. But, I've found that I'm fitting anywhere between 4/6/8 depending on manufacturer. WOW! I love saying I can wear a 4. But, as another poster said, Old Navy makes me feel fat again since I wear a size M there. I never would have believed that a "M" would feel fat to me, but it does. I like the XS and S sizes that I find at Kohls, Macy's, Cold Water Creek, and such. I guess I'm turning into a Diva and need only "quality clothes". LOL!

Awesome. Enjoy the "real" food. Just don't get discouraged if it is harder than you expect at first. Take VERY small bites and give yourself time. You are officially a LOSER now!

NSV, NSV, NSV for Me!
It is hard to believe that one year ago I was researching surgeons and going between excited, scared, and denial that this surgery was going to work. It has been an amazing 10 months (today is my 10th month surgiversary)! Anyone considering this surgery - JUST DO IT!!!

NSV, NSV, NSV for Me!
So, it's no secret on here that I'm a Black Friday Fan. Yesterday, we decided to go to the Outlet Mall around 3:00. We did some shopping & got some great deals. We were walking past Coldwater Creek and my husband suggested we go in. (Most items were 60-70% off lowest price!) So we did and I grabbed a few items in Small and a few things in Medium. Went to the dressing room and discovered, that everything I picked out was too big! My husband was a big help and kept running around the store finding smaller sizes. The Sales Woman gave me that "crazy girl" look - apparently, I was grinning from ear to ear and floating around the dressing room. I finally told her that I was an 18W in January and now wearing all 4's and 6's. I also shared about my surgery. She gave me an impulsive gigantic hug and almost started crying. So, I just had to share. I don't believe I wear 4's in most stores, but yesterday, I didn't care. My closet now has size 4 hanging in it. And by the way ... my husband had so much fun shopping with me, we bought over $200 worth of clothing and he didn't even blink an eye. I got 14 peices of clothes including dresses, skirts, vests, etc. I am so excited. Who ever thought the fat chick would need the smallest size a store sold??????? :)

Interesting BMI calculator uses male/female/age
I think I still have curves (just no boobs or butt - nice little "pooch" though. I guess it's because I'm in my 40's that my percentile is so low.

It still hasn't sunk in yet.
I am so happy for you Maddie. Goal is just around the corner - is this an awesome tool or what? WE CAN FINALY BE SUCCESSFUL AT WEIGHTLOSS. YAHOO!!!!!!!

Went to my first 'real' support group last night
My group is a mix of band, sleeve, ad ryn. With the stories of the banders and the struggles they go through, I am honestly surprised that they keep coming. I know I would feel defeated and not want to come hear of others doing well. I'm so glad I was able to get a sleeve.

Interesting BMI calculator uses male/female/age
Actually, it helps put things in perspective for me. I keep thinking that maybe I should go for 125 since I have a small frame & still have some "bad" areas. Though, I've heard from others that I may be mistaking fat for excess skin - not sure on that one. Definitely made me feel good today! It's a snow day here in Western Washington. I'm telecommuting in my sweats - LOVE IT!

Interesting BMI calculator uses male/female/age
OK ... this "may" quality for a NSV. I"m in the 10% percentile for height, weight, and age. WOW!!! Need to try the fun one next.
