I am on my 4th day of the post op diet. When you start just hang in there. I can truly say that every day gets a bit better. You know what the end goal is.

Congrats to you Lady! Keep up the great work. You are right about not weighing every day. I am too emotional for that. The scale would dictate what my day would be like if I did that. I am scheduled for surgery on May 13th...I can not wait. Me and my Sister/BestFriend are doing it on the same day....so excited. I am thinking about putting my scale away too so that I will not be tempted. Question - You said you were off work for 6 weeks? I was hoping recovery was shorter than that. Just started a new job and I am hoping that I will not be off work that long.

Wow! Wait.....let me try to close my mouth.....Wow! Breekahouse you look AMAZING. Not a sucess story yet....are you kidding! You are a success story with a whole lot of sass added to it. I am still waiting for my approval dangit....That's it ...somebody give me a spoon or a knife ...I will do this myself.....I can't wait any longer...I am ready NOW.

Congratulations TennJenn and thank you for sharing with us. I am currently waiting for my approval and surgery date but I am on this site everyday trying to get as much info on the sleeve as I can. I truly believe that the sleeve is going to be the answer to my weight problem. I just wondered about the long term. Believe it or not I was just thinking this morning on the way to work that it would really be good to hear from the veteran sleevers. If I may ask.... How well were you able to lose weight after the first year? Do you have any problems eating normal/regular food? Do you have digestion problems - foods that you use to eat but can not tolerate now? Can't wait for your pics!
