I was wondering if anyone is doing this procedure anywhere in the southern US?

Where is Rodriquez located and is that the total price 7 k??

I have heard on a few threads people commenting on this procedure not being for people with a high BMI , although, the few that I have talk to had a HIGH BMI? Anyone??

What is the total cost for VSP in the us and is there a BMI limit with this procedure Im getting conflicting information??:thumbup1:

Do yall have any statistics for the sleeve: i didn't think their were any yet over 3 yrs but most people i know that got the sleeve are doing great and lost 2 times what they did with the band. i will be a self pay also comming up with the funds will be the challenge! blondylocks

Try the muscle milk light , it is 20 grams Protein,4.5 gr fat, 7 carbs, 3 grams of sugar 150 calories , the choc has 160 calories, the pre mixed 4 pks are awesome .They come in 8.5 oz. I purchased mine at gnc... Tried these because i needed one that was lactose free, and i can tolerate the tase only comes in choc milk and vanilla cream.... on my 6 day of pre op surgery the 21 of march woohooo!!!:biggrin1:

you might wanna check out the surgeons on no scales.com... im being banded by them march 21 2007 dont know if they take others patients but it is worth a shot!!! are you from shreveport ?? I am from bossier good luck blondylocks/donna

i had my sleep study last night!!! i hated the cpap machine but i'm a lil clausterphobic!! and yes i have sleep apnea as well. hopefully when i lose some of this weight mine will improve surgery scheduled for march 21 07 whew i was so glad when the study was over!!!!!!!

well (wanna be) ill be right behind you ... hope to be banded by the same docs in early march.... i'm gonna have to search out some other alternatives to the slim fast optima and find some non lactose... due to milk allergy!! any suggestions anyone to help me get thru my 2 weeks liquid - non lactose .. donna

This site is absolutly wonderful.. I will be banded in early march by Dr. Spivak in Houston.. I;m totally excited and nervous too.. Starting weight is 290.. I cant wait to get started..
