I agree. I just went to look at this stuff and holy cow....with milk it's 640 calories.

I think Slimfast is way gross by the way! I'm still looking, though.

I have a bunch of the liquid muscle milk, the chocolate is my favorite. It does have more sugar than I'd like but as for the calories, I can only drink about 1/4 of it at a time, so it's less than 100 calories and about 10g protein for just a few sips. I haven't tried the powder, I've found I don't like the powdered stuff much at all.

Changed my mind after I looked...I THOUGHT there was a lot of sugar because it's so good, but it's 7g for the whole thing. BAH!

Try the muscle milk light , it is 20 grams Protein,4.5 gr fat, 7 carbs, 3 grams of sugar 150 calories , the choc has 160 calories, the pre mixed 4 pks are awesome .They come in 8.5 oz. I purchased mine at gnc... Tried these because i needed one that was lactose free, and i can tolerate the tase only comes in choc milk and vanilla cream....

on my 6 day of pre op surgery the 21 of march woohooo!!!:biggrin1:
