Ok... I Totally had to google Pannus.... I was thinking.. ok, is this some strange body part I have never heard of? OOOOOHHHH flaps of skin.. ok... right.. I um... like knew that... mmm hmmm.. ABSOLUTELY on the removable shower head + back brush. DH likes to call the back brush my Front brush. KEEPS YOU CLEAN.. and dare I say.. uh... smiling:D I would get a little freaked out when we would go on a trip.. I was like.. crap.. how am I going to be the cleanest possible? I've also used baby wipes for YEARS and this to, helps keep you fresh. I am very smell concious and would FREAK if I thought I was smelly. I was out eating one time about 6 yrs or so ago and this poor girl, who wasn't much larger than I, totally stunk. It was horrible. I felt so sorry for her, I'm sure she didn't even realize it. BLAST it clean *I* say! WHoa, theres like a 'lap band system' commercial on tv RIGHT NOW. It involves a Lion wearing a hunger sign. Pretty kewl commercial. I've been walking for three days now and my port site is REALLY sore. Kind of weird until DH pointed out the motion of your 'trunk' area while walking. I too used to be a Secret deodrant user.. ok.. not a secret but the brand.. ANYwho, then discovered Dove and never turned back. I'll have to try the cashmere. I've never heard of the Monistat chaffing gel.. I'll have to look for some.

Yay Silray... Stuff you can CHEW! :clap2: Here's hoping Kyethra is done with her procedure and doing well Well poke a badger with a spoon :phanvan I was worried about not getting a fill until 3/27 well, now it's not until 4/2. That's one day short of 5 weeks. whew... give me the strength to control myself for that long. I think I'll be ok but I'm afraid overdoing it once is all that it will take... hopefully that knowledge will keep me in line.

I forgot my lunch today so i went to a mex place with friend and got grilled chicken and beans. Ate half and boxed up the rest. Since I have been walking on my lunch break and knew I would be able to today, I walked once around the building this a.m. and plan to go again this afternoon.

Dear darling dumba$$ doofus etc etc etc...:heh: Deodrant. Dove is my fav. I use it under the boobs:Banane20: where my legs join my body and of course the under arms. I noticed yesterday while walking (i'm still in no bra, denim dress over the head mode) that my inner thighs were starting to get 'not happy:mad: ' so I used this stuff I bought at an outdoor store for 'chafing'. I'll report later wheter it works or not. T

:clap2: :messenger3::clap2: Today was yet another fabu day. it's about 3:08 and the weather has been perfection except now I believe it's going to start raining. I still feel sore in the a.m. when I'm getting out of bed but I haven't had to take ibuprophen or ANYthing.. which is HUGE for me. I walked across & back the road to our other building this a.m. (takes me about 5 min.) to the wellness center to get my measurements. She's going to do them once a month for me. After lunch I walked for about 35 minutes. I can't say this enough.. it is so nice for my lower back to not hurt when I'm walking for more than 2 minutes. I called to book my 1st appointment for my fill and the earliest they can get me in is march 27. One month to the day. I just hope I can behave long enough to maintain the 20 I have lost if not lose more. I don't think that I have any restriction, HOWEVER, I am getting full quicker. I think that because of the pre-op diet and the 3-4 days of swelling, what happened is that my stomach has shrunk so the portions I am eating now are what I would consider a 'normal' portion to be. I know if I pushed it I could eat more, but I'm trying real hard to 'listen' and stop when I start feeling a little tight and not drink when I eat and wait an hour after. I sure am burping a lot though. Would I be burping this much with no restriction what so ever? I can drink like normal too. ANYwho...after walking I get real tender around the port area for some reason. It last about 20 minutes then settles down.

I hope you get this before you go to bed. You'll be great. If you can.. soak.. take a 'ritual' bath and stay in the tub while you let the water out. visualize the water going down the drain as your anxious/worries and pain or any negativity at all. I'll be thinking of you. Please post as SOON as you can. T

Kroger my little chickie.. Kroger. I walked for THIRTY MINTUES outside today on my lunch break! HOORAH HOORAH HOORAH! I can tell I've lost too because pre op/diet walking from my truck to my desk winded me and made my lower back SCREAM:faint: this time I was burping and tooting like a maniac and my middle back by my shoulder blades was protesting so I went to like.. you know.. stretch my middle back by bringing my elbows back... Holy Frickin Frogs Teeth.. IT HURT. won't be doing THAT again any time soon. Sheesh!

OH MY GOSH>>> my thoughts are with you. I do have a question... If I read correctly, I think you posted that you had Fluid in your port???? This is the 1st I've heard of having any fluid in your band that soon. Mine is empty and I won't be able to go in for my 1st fill for at least another week. Did I understand you correctly? Having another great day today... This week starts my working full days.. FINALLY. didn't quite make it last week. Been sipping on vanilla chai Protein all a.m. and it's a little after noon and I was hungry so I'm eating my tuna and multigrain crackers. HOLY JEEZ. I'm not restricted really but big bites of tuna are a  NO NO:kiss . I took two large/normal bites with a normal size fork (left kiddie spoons at home) and WHAM:faint: ... kind of very uncomfy. so... must stick with little bites. I have got to get myself trained before the 1st restriction, because as you can see from my previous post.. I REALLY don't care for pain. T
