Southern Leo

I have been overweight since grade school. We always had home cooking and desserts! I just never got rid of my stomach. I am ready to change for the better. I know I need to do this for my health. I've always been somewhat active....worked in a nursing home so was always busy there. Then moved to behavior assistant which is almost as busy! My knees have been giving me trouble since I injured them falling. I don't want them to be worse and I have to sit in a chair. Banding is going to help me move forward.
