Can you visually see your weight loss?

I look in the mirror and dont recognize who I am now-a-days. I know I've lost weight but most times I still feel fat. The body image/body dysmorphia is real. Sent from my SM-G960U using BariatricPal mobile app

    Hair Loss

I had a lot of thinning especially at my temples and hairline. My hair is very thick and no one seemed to notice but me. The only time anyone said anything was a few months ago I was at work and all my baby hairs were wildly flying about everywhere... The amount you lose will vary and how noticeable it is depends on how much hair you start with. Mine is growing back now I am fifteen months out, so it is temporary for most of us. Losing a bit of hair, loose skin and all, I would not change my decision.

Good morning! So my surgery date is 3/28/19 and I started my 2 week liquid diet yesterday. I was diagnosed with Type II Diabetes last year in June before I started pursuing bariatric surgery and this diagnosis actually pushed me to go through with it so I decided to not go on insulin since this surgery has such a high rate of success in putting diabetes into remission. I'm getting nervous though since my fasting glucose result just came back and it was really high, 170 to be exact, and I'm worried my surgery might be delayed because of this?
