    New Bandsters becoming extinct?

Absolutely Sharpie. Band keeps me honest and holds me accountable. I have 0 regrets with my band. I just found the differences in attitude with the seminar 17 months later a little disturbing. I felt as though they were purposely skewing facts to sway people from choosing the band without directly coming out saying 'no, you shouldn't do that.'

    New Bandsters becoming extinct?

IMHO , people are looking for a "quick" fix and the sleeve and bypass may represent this to them, rapid weight loss no maintenance ect, I think the doctors push those surgeries as well as it requires nothing more of them after surgery , to each their own and its a VERY personal choice ,but for me the band is the only option

    Day 1

protein, protein, protein, water, water, water. Mt Dew, bad.lol I was addicted to The Dew pre banding. One suggestion, protein keeps you fuller longer. I'm expected to eat at least 60gr a day of protein, so I try to break it up so I get 15 gr per meal, breakfast, lunch & dinner and the rest in snacks. One sausage patty has only about 7gr., not enough, add an egg or high protein yogurt. Wishing you all the best! Today is a new day and you'll do great!

    Kulita's Meatloaf Spectacular

I have done that before too! I love it. If you get the mico muffin pan and make a batch of this you could make meatball sized moat loafs and whatever is left over could be used your spaghetti and "meatballs".

A co-worker came was leaving work one day (changes to scrubs at work) and mentioned he didn't know where his wife picked them up but he really liked the jeans he found in the closet. Thought they were for him. We saw the LB on the label and said, yeah those are from Lane Bryant:) He still liked them!

Can You Fail With The Sleeve?

Oh my goodness... I feel like your words are coming out of my mouth. I had the surgery in February and everything has been great although I know I still have to be very mindful of what I eat and how much. I thought it would all be mindless. My fear now is a year from now when the fullness fades and the 18 month glow is over. Just the thought of feeling hungry again after a life-time of struggling makes me sad. I want to feel this way for ever: Finally in control and not suffering from the food addiction,

I'm so jealous, I'm in 18's right now and can't wait to get in to 16's. Congratulations on your voluptuous hips!?!

Yes I used Milk of Magnesia also around 9 days after surgery because being on a liquid diet you don't produce much in your own poop factory if you know what I mean lol . ... So I hadn't gone for a while and didn't want it to get excessive. I took 2tbsps and after a while HELLOOO Nelly! I didn't have any cramps but there was some "urgency" in the message. Good Luck!
