Wino can't lose weight

Okay, it's been 7 months now and i have only lost 15 lbs. I've restricted my eating but I can't seem to give up my bottle of red wine every night. Ye, I guess I have a wild horse running around in my house kicking the walls and I don't know how to stop it! I have come to realize it wasn't a eating problem as much as it is a drinking problem. I don't even enjoy eating anymore. It feels like lead is dropping into my stomach and I have diarreah days on end. Sorry to be a bearer of bad news here. Does anyone share my woes?

Sounds like you know what the issue is here...and you need to get some professional help right away to deal with the drinking. Doctors and nutritionists say that the number one cause of failure in bariatric surgery is calorie containing beverages. You can stop your addictive behavior, but you're going to need some help outside of yourself. Good luck to you.
