Okay, it's been 7 months now and i have only lost 15 lbs. I've restricted my eating but I can't seem to give up my bottle of red wine every night. Ye, I guess I have a wild horse running around in my house kicking the walls and I don't know how to stop it! I have come to realize it wasn't a eating problem as much as it is a drinking problem. I don't even enjoy eating anymore. It feels like lead is dropping into my stomach and I have diarreah days on end. Sorry to be a bearer of bad news her
