a pic of my breakfest.. wow before lap band

Wow! Really? You werent full after that? Dont get me wrong, I can eat alot too, but I would be sick full after the eggs, two of the breakfast sausage, homefries, and a bagel. I always got full quickly, but kept eating because it tasted so good. My max weight was 272 and now I'm down 217. That food looks good and its making me hungry!

Yep! That looks good to me! I probably couldn't eat the whole thing but I would get most of it in. Hard to think that in the future we may only be eating a bit of the eggs and feel full.

I like your idea of taking a pic of the food now and "then". Another way to track our changes along with the body photos. Wonder if Golden Corral will let me just take pics of the entire buffet?:rolleyes2: :cursing:

LOL Im sure you can sneek a pic of the buffet, just make it look like your texting. I thought of this on the spur of the moment eatting and thinking of the surgery et cetera.. Im going to do it along with every fill the food i order and then how much is left on myplate that i cant eat...
