The phone call i got

:frown::thumbup::cursing:today sept,25th yale university call some lady told me over the phone about my surgery she tried to push the bypass on me, i almost cried. this person gonna tell me about my insurance blue care family plan, she said you gonna have the bypass because it,s gonnacure your diabetes, i said no i want the lapband, then i told her they switch my insurance, then she said that,s a different story i told her they cover both insurance also which i already knew, she gonna tell me i have to have a certain bmi,which was 59, now its 50, so i call the insurance company they say if it,s medical necesary an have my doctor write a letter, an i,m good to go. she had me so friggin upset, to say i don,t qualify i call the office back an said someone call me saying i don,t qualify for lapband, the nice lady said it,s your choice. that made me feel a whole lot better. an said i will have the surgery sometimes in oct, so that,s sound so good.i just had to vent. can,t believe she tried to push the bypass on me, like i was stupid.my heart really droped for a minute.thanks for listening. sil.:smile::thumbup:
