:rolleyes:here it is sept 16. the nutrionist fax my records over to the doctor,s office. they were their a week from friday so i decided to give the office a call they were indeed there, i,m thinking the office suppose to call me for a appt. wrong she said i have everything except your evaluation i was shock if i had known you suppose to make your own appt. it would have been done earlier. so i ask who she recomend she gave me a name. but he,s in newhaven an dosen,t take medicare he charges $150.00 the one in my town charges$90.00 they are schedule for the 9/25/the other is for 9/24/08. i will stick to the one in my town wtby.so please don,t wait for the office to call you, you call them. i only waited untilfour days. then someone posted for me to call the office a i did.it,s next week so i hope everything goes allright. i don,t know if i,m going to be banded in sept. maybe oct at the most:thumbup:. so keeping my finger cross. good luck to everyone on our journey.:frown::cursing:
