Need to put on my big girl panties and get with it!!
Well, I have not been so good about posting my food and activity. I am having a really hard time lately. I am very hungry and eating way too much. I have started a viscous cycle. I eat crap, then i feel like crap, then I exercise less, then I eat crap, etc etc etc. I am going in today for a fill. Hopefully that will kick my butt back on track!! Today is my 6 month bandiversary. Overall, I am very proud of my accomplishments and weight loss. I am not very happy with my chocies of late, but overall I am very pleased. Hope to have better things to tell after my fill.
