Well, I have not been so good about posting my food and activity. I am having a really hard time lately. I am very hungry and eating way too much. I have started a viscous cycle. I eat crap, then i feel like crap, then I exercise less, then I eat crap, etc etc etc. I am going in today for a fill. Hopefully that will kick my butt back on track!!
