6th adjustment 4/3/08

I went for my adjustment today. I had lost 3 1/2 more lbs in the last 3 1/2 weeks and in the last 8 weeks I've lost 10 1/2 inches. I'm down to 199 which is under 200 so I'm happy!!!!! :lol:

My weight loss has slowed but I'm still loosing slowly. I have a 10 cc band but I'm still not sure how much fluid is in my band. My nurse Brook did my adjustment today and she said everything looked great. So I just have to keep striving to reach my goal no matter how long it may take to get there. :thumbup:
