Weight Loss slowing down

Well, I had my first fill and now I feel like I can eat what ever I want and I know I can still eat way too much at one time. I did pretty good over the Thanksgiving holiday. I don't think I've lost very much weight, if any, since my adjustment and I go back to the Dr. next week.

I want to go on liquids this week to see if I can loose more weight. I did great the first week when I was on liquids. Not sure if this is a good idea but I feel like I'm failing due to my slowing progress.
