i hate it, but it just depresses me when i see the scale not move or god forbid go up....

I am a slave to the scales - I'm going to see if I can go for a week and not weigh! It is depressing when they don't move, thats why I love measuring! I need to get back into the habbit of measuring. You are doing so great! You have come soooo far!
