I am so frustrated. I haven't lost a single pound in 4 weeks!

I have been going around reading stories of people having plateaus and I get more and more discouraged. It feels like I went back in time and now I am on weight watchers and wanting to scream because I can't get that darn gold star. I lost 65 pounds in 3 months and was on a roll and BOOM! road block! I haven't done anything wrong and have been sticking to the plan. Is this my body's way of telling me enough is enough? I still have 30 pounds to go!!

I am having the same problem. I have increased my exercise but it hasn't helped. I have steroid injections in my lower back every three months. Are steroid injections part of the problem? With out them i can't exercise at all. I had my surgery in September 2012. I still need to lose at least 30 pounds. HELP!!

I spoke with the DR about that yesterday. She said that we hit platues after fast weightloss to allow our body shape to catch up with the loss. Measure your body weekly and see where the inches are coming off. 219 was mine for 3 weeks but I lost so many inches it was crazy. Also muscle wieghs more so as you tone your weight might become stagnant. Oh and he said that our goals and our bodies goals are different! No that made me plum mad. He told me that as I may want to be 120 my body may say no.. 140 is where we are staying!! But I do say that 140 is sooo much better then 259!!! Amen....

I asked my doc about these plateaus as well, he said the same thing-in my head I may WANT to lose 100 lbs., but maybe 70-80 is where my body will decide we end up. I guess I can deal with that, but I want that 100!
