I've also stalled at 4 weeks post op. It's ok though. I would take my measurements if I were you. Most times when you don't see the difference on the scales you can see the difference in inches. Also, keep a food journal. You may be getting too many calories, too much sodium and not enough aerobic type exercise. Try walking if nothing else. Keep in touch. My short term goal is to break this stall and be down another 10lbs. by June 15th.

I had been the same weight for over 3 wks, then instead of losing, I gained a pound. I am 5 wks postop. Being the same for 3 or 4 days is nothing. Could be retained fluids, body adjustments, time of the month, etc., etc., etc. This will be ongoing so please don't fret. I figure it will come off when it comes off, and I'll just take it as it comes. You might want to put the scale away, and get it out once a week or every 2 wks to stop the madness...lol.

I stalled since week 2 PO. Stalled for about 3 weeks, then drop 2.2lbs suddenly, then another 2.8lbs in another week.

Be patient... It will comeoff eventually!
