In less than 2 hours I will be on liquids only and ALL I can think of are Hot Krispy Kreme doughnuts ... LOL!!!!!

 

I am sooooo thankful and grateful for this forum there is nowhere else I would feel comfortable saying that without judgement. I just pray that I make it through the night without breaking down.

    You can make it just keep yourself busy. If you feel like you are about to slip get up and go into the bathroom and take a nice bath or shower. You will feel better when you are finished. just remember the reward is worth the sacrifice.

    Make sure you keep your hands busy, doing non-food related things....lol I'm pre-op for sleeve, but remember the liquid phase when I was getting my lapband...just keep busy....
