I'm tired.

Since the surgery and losing so much weight (and being more active), I have had so much more energy. I think that is why when I'm feeling drained these days, I really notice it more.

I think I just packed October with a little too much. I have enjoyed my trips and such, but I like my down time. I'm so looking forward to seeing my friend Ann and my godson, but the thought of getting on another airplane tomorrow is exhausting. Oh well, once I get there I will have a ton of fun!

Besides, Jazzercise tonight should pick me up a bit. I think I have been so busy I haven't been focusing on my work outs which is adding to the lethargy. I guess I just need to get used to it. Things won't get "back to normal" until 2011!

Hair update: I think I'm finally used to it. I still don't LOVE it, but I am starting to dig it just a little bit. That's progress!

LAP-BAND Patients

Its funny, I said almost the same thing to a friend this morning. I've lost weight and gotten healthier; I am more confident and I do more. Now I'm exhausted to the point of going to bed at 8:00pm last night. But look at all the fun things and great memories you are creating! And besides, you are a great inspiration :-).

I also ditto the exhaustion part! I don't sleep though..one day every so often I collapse and sleep but other than that I keep on trucking. I may not have an office job but I have a household to run and a 3 yr old to chase..that is plenty for me. Plus I can't just go through a drive thru for lunch and dinner (well breakfast too) anymore. So I have to admit..working 6-5 at an office, sending my son to day care all day and eating out all time seemed easier...but now I wouldn't trade for anything!! Have fun seeing your friend and your godson..you will have time to rest another day. I seriously do take one day and catch up about every other week or so. Take care!!
